Every October, the American Bar Association celebrates Pro Bono Week, an opportunity to recognize the important work that pro bono attorneys do in their communities. This year, the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Unified Court System's Office for Justice Initiatives came together to specially recognize five Attorney Emeritus volunteers for their important work providing civil legal services for those in need as part of an annual celebration.
The event featured remarks from New York State Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson, and the awards were presented by New York State Bar Association president, Domenick Napoletano. Below are the names, photos, and organizations for our AEP award recipients!
