Family Legal Care offers unrepresented parents and caregivers the legal support and guidance they need to navigate New York State Family Court.

We increase access to justice for families confronting issues of child support, custody and visitation, guardianship, and domestic violence through an array of programs, including our free bilingual helpline, legal consultations, and legal education workshops and clinics.
