Neighborhood Legal Services

Neighborhood Legal Services provides free legal advice and representation to financially-eligible persons and those with disabilities who live in Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming Counties. NLS covers a variety of services, including public benefits, disability law, housing, and family law, domestic violence and homelessness prevention.

Volunteer opportunities are based on the volunteer's interests, availability, experience, and the needs of the program. Limited representation, legal advice, and brief service are three areas of opportunity.
