Neighbors Link Community Law Practice is the legal arm of Neighbors Link. We provide a full array of immigration legal services, representing immigrant New Yorkers from around the world. Legal services include removal defense, appeals, naturalization applications, green card renewals, adjustment of status and family petitions as well as representation in removal proceedings. Neighbors Link Community Law Practice works with detained and non-detained persons, both adults and children. We practice in NY Family Court, U.S. Federal courts, Immigration Courts (EOIR), The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and we appear before DHS (ICE and USCIS).
