In light of the AEP Racial Justice Model Practices (RJMP) that seek to strengthen cultural competency and educate on the nature of structural racism, Montel A. Cherry will be our featured speaker at our Lunch and Learn on Thursday, October 26th from 12 PM - 1 PM.
Montel A. Cherry is the Deputy Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Director of Litigation for Children's Rights at Mobilization for Justice, Inc. She will be sharing her expertise and knowledge of model diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and how she has implemented them during her time at Mobilization for Justice, Inc. We encourage all AEP volunteers and host organizations to join us.
This program has been approved for one Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias CLE credit. Experienced attorneys (those admitted to the New York Bar for more than 2 years) must complete at least 1 CLE credit hour in the Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias CLE category of credit as part of their biennial CLE requirement. This program is free.
