We are delighted to invite you to the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the New York State Attorney Emeritus Program (AEP). (See event details below and attached flyer.) This milestone event will recognize the pro bono contributions of Emeritus volunteers across New York State who are serving with AEP host organizations located in the Capital District and Hudson Valley Region and the AEP host organizations as well. We are also looking forward to welcoming new and prospective Emeritus volunteers at the event.
This special event, organized by the New York State Unified Court System and Fordham Law School’s Feerick Center for Social Justice and hosted by Albany Law School, will feature Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson and Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for Justice Initiatives Edwina G. Richardson among our distinguished guests.
Whether you are exploring ways to volunteer your time and experience through the AEP or are an approved Emeritus attorney seeking placement, this celebration offers an opportunity to:
- Meet AEP host organizations and current Emeritus volunteers
- Learn about pro bono opportunities through the AEP, and
- Connect with the statewide AEP community.
